This is the best management team ever! Latasha continues to go above and beyond, and is always there to help and answer questions. Brooke and Faye are wonderful too!! They eased our transition to a new city in so many ways. The maintenance people always come as soon as they can and we have no complaints :)

All I can say, is thank God for Latasha. Our renewal process was nothing less than incredibly stressful, but that was because we didn’t renew by the renewal date. My fault. Latasha was patient responsible, knowledgeable, kind and dedicated to my problem. She stuck with me the whole way, even when my computer skills were sadly challenged. There’s very few people who would have provided the help that she gave me in the patient, understanding, and professional way that she did. Schoetler Village is lucky to have someone who knows how to get a job done and do it with the highest degree of superior Customer service. Thank you Latasha you are amazing! I really appreciated All your help.

Schottler Village Apartment have great homes with seamless leasing and moving in process. The administrative staffs were very professional in attending to us. They were patient with us in communicating the process. I have no vacillation in giving them 5 stars.

I have been living in this community for the past three years . Every time when i need any help, Latasha and the rest Have been spot on to address the problem.. its very rare to get these kind of support and help.. very few managers of this kind i have seen so far.. I appreciate Latasha and rest for taking care of residents at their best possible way.

Schoettler Village currently has the best management in the world. They know how to get things done fast and efficiently. The apartments are the best. I’ve lived here for 5 years and I just renewed my lease for another 12 months. The cost is low and the area is great. So far it’s been a great experience.

Sasha is a great leasing agent with a vibrant energy off the bat. If it weren’t for my time constraints with my move-in date, I would have signed the lease right there. She’s very convincing with a positive energy about her. I also had the pleasure of meeting with the manager of the property who was so informative and patient, entertaining every question I had about the property. Thank you for the great experience! Overall, you immediately feel that the management cares about your experience as a tenant (can’t say the same about other places)

Nice apartments, close to the I-64 highway. Had to fill out the application a few times for the first time but the renewal process was so smooth. Thank you Schoettler village apartments.
